A cohesive visual and experience framework for Four Seasons Residences Los Angeles—built to balance aspiration with decision-grade clarity for a global, ultra-discerning audience. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, I helped shape the strategic positioning and creative vision, then guided journey architecture and mobile-first execution across print/digital collateral and campaign work.

We aligned the story around what the residences are, not what marketing wants them to be: a rare, place-rooted offering defined by design, service, and discretion. The positioning set guardrails for tone and hierarchy—what gets said, what gets shown, and what stays implied.
